Casa Andina, the leading hotel chain in Peru, partners with Roiback to increase its direct channel sales

Casa Andina, the main hotel chain in Peru, and Roiback, leading specialists in powering direct sales for hotels, have just successfully started a collaboration agreement that allows the American hotelier group to optimize its sales through the direct channel.

28 hotels of Casa Andina located in 16 cities such as Lima, Cusco, Arequipa o Piura, among others, already benefit from this new partnership with Roiback. The agreement allows to introduce into Casa Andina website the last edition of Roiback’s booking engine (BackHotel 4.5) as well as to significantly improve the strategy to drive more traffic through an advanced integration with the top metasearch engines in the world.

A Roiback’s delegation led by its Head of the Americas and Development of New Markets, Antonio Omañas, has recently visited Peru to check together with Casa Andina’s managers each area related with the direct channel. Roiback also provided training about the specific tools and put emphasis on the need of interrelation between the different departments.

“For us, the most important thing is to let the hoteliers feel Roiback’s proximity and continuous and personalized attention. By working closely together, we meet in detail all of their needs and the performance of their websites. This allows us to optimize their direct channel and, at the same time, provide solutions that help maximize sales,» said Omañas.

Thanks to this agreement, Roiback increases its presence in the Andean country and in the Americas, where it already provides services and solutions to hotel chains and independent hotels from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Uruguay.
