End of summer season celebration with top Balearic clients

  • Despite strong growth abroad, Spanish market is still the most important for us, especially in the Balearic Islands where we produced 250,000 room nights so far this year

Summer is officially over and last week we wanted to celebrate the end of this successful season with a special event we organised at Es Princep Hotel in Palma which brought together some of our top clients in the Balearics.

The event was well attended by nearly 60 guests, over 40 of them being managers from key hotel chains based in the Balearic Islands who currently use Roiback solutions, such as Palladium Hotel Group, Alua Hotels & Resorts, Roc Hotels, Viva Hotels and Resorts, BlueBay Hotels & Resorts, Blau Hotels & Resorts, Valentin Hoteles, among others. The Balearic hotels from Roiback’s portfolio have produced over 250,000 room nights so far this year.

National and international acknowledgement

At an international level, last June we were awarded for the third year in a row as the ‘Best solution provider for hotel bookings in Europe’ at the World Travel Awards 2018, which are considered the most important awards in the international tourism sector.

Cutting-edge technology and continuous innovation

We recently launched Mobilis Pro, one of the most innovative products on the market. In a context in which most searches are made through mobile devices this solution, especially designed for mobile devices, allows to reach higher conversion ratios through the direct channel. Additionally, we recently incorporated the Loyalty Program, which allows hoteliers to establish a strategy of their direct channel through strengthening the long-term relationship with the customer. We also announced at the event our plan to launch the latest version of our booking engine, BackHotel 5.0, at the beginning of 2019.
